Iām a digital strategist, content designer, marketing and communications strategist, facilitator, copywriter, and author. I use my 10+ years of experience and skills to help organizations turn research and data into effective language that assists, intrigues, and attracts customers. Most recently I contributed to Capgemini's, strategic business unit transformation. Prior to that, I developed the brand content personality from scratch at Fruitful, a financial services startup. Before Fruitful, I led content strategy at EY Design Studio, where I helped financial and healthcare clients plan and deliver content that better connected them to their customers. In 2022, I published a book of flash fiction ā The Good Enough American Novel ā while I work on an actual novel. When I'm not solving content problems, I enjoy cooking, photographing birds, sci-fi, working on my novel (a different sort of content problem), bad puns, practicing mindfulness, hitting the gym, languages, and imagining a better future for humanity.
